STEP IV: TEAM PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTATION
Team planning and implementation are the coordinated acts of communicating
the clients’ vision statement and family governance along
with financial data to their requisite team of advisors for
the sole purpose of seeing their tangible wealth (money and
possessions) support and perpetuate their intangible wealth
(family, values, and visions).
Family Legacy Planning Specialists
offer the clients two levels of service when working with
the other advisors. One level is primarily
informing each team member of what you want to do. While you
then work with them, ours becomes a role of support and communication.
The other level of service is our primarily functioning as your
catalyst and coordinator as well as your team leader. We ensure
that what you want does, indeed, happen when and how you want
it
to. Timetables are planned and monitored by us.
Because a number
of advisors can be involved, schedules can be difficult to
coordinate in a timely fashion. Consequently, this
step can require more time than Steps II and III. It all depends
upon the number of advisors, their schedules, and their physical
locations.
